Hermitage Clinic Front Desk

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars
• Collecting payments and verifying insurance information
• Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
• Assisting providers with patient flow
• Recording vital signs and preparing patients for appointments
• Performing urine drug screens and specimen collection
• Managing clinical supplies and exam rooms
• Assisting with documentation and other clinical duties as assigned

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous medical office or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Compassion for patients experiencing mental health conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
