Your Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document all vehicle symptoms and customer concerns.
- Recommend essential maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history.
- Develop precise cost estimates for labor and parts.
- Provide frequent status updates to customers throughout the repair process.
- Ensure final invoices accurately reflect all work performed.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Consultant (preferred).
- Strong computer proficiency and a quick learner for new software.
- A commitment to building a long-term career with a growing team.
