Nashoba Valley Technical High School is seeking a Biology/Moderate Disabilities teacher to join our community of teachers, learners, and leaders. Nashoba Valley Technical High School is a regional vocational technical high school serving students in grades 9-12 from the towns of Ayer, Chelmsford, Groton, Littleton, Pepperell, Shirley, Townsend, and Westford Massachusetts.
Teachers in this role will:
Plan, organize, and implement biology lessons for regular education and special education students in an inclusion classroom setting. The total student population at NVTHS is comprised of approximately 30-40% students with disabilities. The candidate must be able to meet the needs of all students and would ideally be licensed in Moderate Disabilities or willing to become licensed in moderate disabilities through mentored based employment while serving in the role.

This is a union position with pay based on the teacher’s salary schedule. Starting salary is determined by your education level and years of experience, as outlined in our collective bargaining agreement. You can view the full contract and pay scales on our website at nashobatech.net.
