Reports To: Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Full-Time Hotel Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and hotel areas.

The housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, and ensuring that our guests receive a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and change linens, towels, and other room supplies.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and floors.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Replenish toiletries, towels, linens, and other guest supplies.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance issues and report concerns promptly.
• Clean hallways, stairways, public areas, and other assigned hotel spaces.
• Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
• Safely use cleaning products and housekeeping equipment.
• Follow hotel health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within scheduled timeframes.
• Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and supply areas.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or professional cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift during the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
