We are seeking a Financial Services Representative for a full-time hybrid role based in Carlsbad, CA, with the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The representative will assist clients with financial planning, investments, and insurance solutions tailored to their individual needs. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, analyzing financial data, offering strategic recommendations, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. Additionally, the role involves building long-term client relationships while upholding the company’s commitment to education and leadership.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Financial Services practices and principles
- Knowledge or experience in Investments and Insurance
- Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Service and build lasting client relationships
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
