Responsibilities
- Safely ascend trees using climbing gear and techniques to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks.
- Conduct detailed tree assessments to identify health issues, structural weaknesses, or hazards.
- Execute precise plant pruning care to promote healthy growth and improve tree structure.
- Use chainsaws and other tools for cutting branches, removing deadwood, or storm damage cleanup.
- Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment like bucket trucks and rigging gear regularly.
- Collaborate with team members on rigging plans to safely lower large branches or debris.
Experience
- Familiarity with the use of trucks, rigging techniques, chainsaws, and other equipment is essential.
- Knowledge of plant pruning care, tree trimming practices.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to climbing, and equipment use.
- Prior experience as a tree climber a must.
Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,600.00 per week
