We’re a locally owned, family-run exterior cleaning company serving homeowners across the Greater Nashville area, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Pressure Washing Technician to join our team.

Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $20/hour
- Growth opportunity up to $30/hour
- $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days (must remain in good standing and align with company standards)
- 1–2 weeks paid time off after 1 year

What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing residential pressure washing and exterior cleaning services
- House washing, concrete cleaning, fence cleaning, and related services
- Setting up and operating professional equipment safely
- Communicating professionally with customers on site
- Representing the company with a clean, professional appearance
- Working outdoors in a team focused environment
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and on time
- Strong work ethic
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Able to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
