Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Patients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless office operations.
Skills
- Strong office management skills, including experience with clerical tasks.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a professional setting. (preferred)
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage calendars effectively and coordinate appointments.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required. (preferred)
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
