Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: El Centro, CA

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor service quality through audits, inspections, and performance metrics, and enforce corrective and preventive actions where needed.
• Ensure all processes align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement practices.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify quality risks and drive process improvements across IT service delivery.
• Certification & Experience: Must hold a current Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification with a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing QMS programs for contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
