Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly inspections of landscaped and maintained areas to verify that all required grounds maintenance services have been completed properly.
- Review the overall condition of the property, including lawns, landscaped areas, trees, shrubs, walkways, and other maintained grounds.
- Identify incomplete, substandard, or missed maintenance work and document any deficiencies.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Maintain inspection records and provide clear reports regarding the condition and quality of the grounds.
- Coordinate with grounds maintenance personnel or management to address and correct identified issues.
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure deficiencies are resolved promptly.
- Communicate any recurring issues or concerns to management.
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, property inspection, or quality control preferred.
- Strong understanding of general landscaping and grounds maintenance standards.
- Ability to identify maintenance deficiencies and assess the quality of completed work.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and conduct inspections on a weekly basis.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Must be dependable and able to consistently complete scheduled weekly inspections.
