NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Digital Content Coordinator based in our Daytona Beach, Florida office. Summary: The Digital Content Coordinator manages fan-facing content across NASCAR-owned track websites, the NASCAR Tracks App, and the fan chatbot. The Coordinator publishes accurate updates in a quick turnaround environment, maintains clean and accessible experiences, and supports race-week operations with clear, timely communications. Duties include but are not limited to: Perform day-to-day content management for track websites, Tracks App, and chatbot: includes web pages, promotions, schedules, maps, FAQs, and alerts. Build and publish in WordPress and the App Content Management System (CMS); maintain offline-ready app content for race weekends. Draft, target, and schedule push notifications in Adobe AJO; follow quiet hours and approval workflows. Keep chatbot answers, intents, and flows current; log gaps and propose new intents based on analysis of fan questions. Run QA on every publish: proofread copy, validate links/UTMs, image specs, alt text, forms, and ticket flows. Provide race weekend coverage: update schedules and pages daily, post changes quickly, and monitor critical paths (tickets, parking, maps, policies, weather). Triage and complete Jira tickets with clear status, attachments, and SLAs; document publishes and outcomes. Track performance in Appfigures/Adobe Analytics and recommend content or UX tweaks from data. Maintain accessibility and brand standards across all touchpoints. Travel: Up to 25% including weekends Required skills / experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four (4) year college or university required plus a minimum of three (3) years of current content experience within CMS-driven websites or mobile apps; experience with marketing, ticketing, guest experience technology, or live events preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to write clear, concise fan-facing copy and internal updates. Ability to create reports, business correspondence, and procedure checklists. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, partners, and the general public. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common factions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Proficient in company-provided hardware and software including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and WordPress or comparable CMS. Familiar with: Adobe AJO (push), Jira/Confluence, Appfigures, Adobe Analytics, Satisfi (or similar) chatbot tools, and basic HTML/CSS. Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Strong time management skills, able to handle multiple concurrent publishes. Possess a QA mindset with an aptitude and goal of spotting and correcting issues prior to discovery by fans.
