Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes for various ice cream flavors.
- Operate ice cream machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper food safety practices are followed throughout the production process.
- Package finished products attractively for display and sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including regular cleaning of equipment.
- Assist in cake decorating and catering events as needed, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions about products, and taking special orders when applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
