Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven pallet sales representative to develop and maintain customer relationships while driving sales of new and recycled pallets. This role requires frequent travel to meet with clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored pallet solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Conduct on-site visits to warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities
- Present and promote pallet products (new, used, custom, and recycling services)
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Travel Requirements:
- Frequent regional and/or national travel required
- Overnight stays may be necessary depending on territory
- Must be comfortable spending extended time on the road and visiting multiple client sites
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales (industrial, logistics, or packaging industry preferred)
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pallet, packaging, or supply chain sales
- Established network within warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing industries
