Role OverviewWe are seeking a Apparel Production Coordinator to join our atelier team and support the end-to-end process of creating couture gowns, bridal dresses, and eveningwear. This role is central to ensuring flawless execution from design concept through final garment delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate garment production timelines from design handoff to final fitting and delivery.Translate design concepts into production-ready Tech Packs and ensure accurate communication with the atelier team.Review and work with patterns, dress construction details, and garment specifications to maintain couture standards.Liaise between design, atelier, alterations, and sales teams to ensure production milestones are met.Check-in with product development and purchasing team for fabric, trim, and embellishment orders.Conduct thorough quality control checks throughout development to ensure couture-level finishing.Manage atelier workflow, fittings schedule, and gown alterations to align with client and runway deadlines.Maintain accurate records of production progress and delivery status.Support problem-solving for production challenges, ensuring seamless execution under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in garment production - preferably in bridal, eveningwear, or formal/daywear apparel.Strong understanding of Tech Packs, patterns, garment construction, and finishing techniques.Familiarity with fabric properties, embellishments, and high-end dressmaking processes.Highly organized, with excellent project management and communication skills.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with production tracking tools a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with strict deadlines.Passion for fashion and commitment to craftsmanship.
