**Rollback drivers are not on call**

**No nights or weekends**

We are hiring an experienced and dependable Rollback Driver to join our team. This position involves transporting vehicles using a rollback tow truck in a fast-paced repossession environment. The ideal candidate is professional, safety-focused, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a rollback tow truck to transport vehicles
• Towing duties in compliance with all local and state laws
• Secure vehicles safely to prevent damage during transport
• Communicate with dispatch and update job status in real time
• Complete condition reports, photos, and required documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck

Requirements:

• Must be at least 22 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous rollback, towing, or repossession experience
• Knowledge of local areas and towing procedures
• Auction Transportation

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay
• (Monday through Friday) Day shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
