Driver Manager – Repossession Industry

We are seeking a highly flexible, experienced, and professional Driver Manager to join our team in the repossession industry. This is a full-time leadership role for someone who understands how to manage large groups of people, operate in a fast-paced environment, and balance the unique demands of repossession work with the realities of the transportation industry.
The ideal candidate understands that the repossession industry is, at its core, also a transportation business. This person must be capable of leading a team of 60 to 80 employees, while ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory awareness, and liability mitigation throughout daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a large team of drivers and field personnel, ranging from 60 to 80 employees
- Lead day-to-day workforce operations with flexibility, urgency, and professionalism
- Ensure proper scheduling, accountability, communication, and performance management across a large team
- Understand and apply transportation-related operational principles within the repossession industry
- Maintain awareness of relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Identify and help mitigate company liability during the course of repossession operations
- Support a culture of safety, efficiency, professionalism, and legal compliance
- Work closely with leadership to improve processes, team performance, and overall operational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven ability to successfully manage large groups of people, preferably 60 to 80 employees
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Highly flexible and able to adapt in a demanding, fast-moving environment
- Strong understanding of operations, compliance, and risk management
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure
- Experience in the repossession industry
- Experience in the transportation industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage personnel, performance, and operational challenges at scale is required
