Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain Napoli Pizza’s high standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any complaints or issues promptly.
- Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in analyzing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a pizzeria is required.
