The Steve Napleton Dealer Group is looking for an Internet Sales BDC Representatives that are self-starters to join our team at our Palatine Hyundai location.
We are currently looking for full time, motivated, outgoing, team driven professional to join our Business Development Center at our Hyundai store located in Palatine. Sales BDC Appointment coordinators work with new and existing customers to schedule appointments, confirm, and remind of sales appointments for new and existing customers. Candidates must be well spoken and have excellent telephone skills.
Primary responsibilities:
Sales BDC Associates are responsible to handle inbound and outbound appointment calls, emails, and texts for all dealerships. Candidates must be able to multitask and converse on the phone while setting appointments utilizing multiple computer systems.
Requirements:
- Handing incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and texts
- Great computer skills
- Able to multi-task
- Positive attitude and serious work ethic
- Strong team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to create and maintain customer relationships
- Goal oriented
- Tekion CRM experience helpful
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.31 - $20.19 per hour
