Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve performance targets
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting
- Deliver an exceptional and engaging customer experience
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
- Background in specialty retail, beauty, or luxury environments preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
