What You’ll Do• Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding, personalized customer experiences every visit.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing retail team that shares your passion for skin care.
• Drive sales growth and consistently achieve store performance targets, KPIs, and conversion goals.
• Build a client-first culture rooted in genuine skin care expertise and deep product knowledge.
• Manage daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy in all sales transactions and maintain operational excellence.
• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience (specialty retail, beauty, or luxury preferred).
• Genuine passion for skin care and the ability to educate and inspire customers and team members alike.
• Proven success recruiting and developing high-performing teams that stick around.
• Strong track record meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays — flexibility is essential in this role.
• Currently residing in the Naples, FL area — relocation assistance is not available for this position.
