Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Bartender role located at Naples Lakes Country Club in Naples, FL. The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards and responsible service guidelines. Daily tasks include greeting members and guests, taking drink and light food orders, mixing and garnishing beverages, and maintaining a clean, well-organized bar area. The role also involves handling cash and payment transactions, restocking inventory, supporting dining and event service, and collaborating with the food and beverage team to deliver an exceptional member experience. The Bartender is expected to uphold high levels of professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail during regular service and club events.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally and courteously with members, guests, and team members.
- Proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage service, including mixing drinks, understanding drink recipes, and coordinating with kitchen staff.
- Accurate Cash Handling skills, including processing payments, managing tabs, and reconciling receipts in line with club procedures.
- Previous bartending or restaurant/bar experience in a hospitality or club environment preferred.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable laws; relevant certifications (e.g., alcohol server training) are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
