Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper for an on-site, full-time role in Orlando, FL. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring an exceptional guest experience by cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces of the hotel. Daily tasks include making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, handling laundry, and reporting maintenance issues. Team members will be expected to maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards, working collaboratively to exceed guest expectations and contribute to a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in executing housekeeping tasks including Laundry and maintaining cleanliness
- Strong Organizational Skills to manage tasks efficiently
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Experience in Training others to maintain consistent performance is a plus
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing cleanliness and maintenance needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying tasks
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
