Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Morning Shift Supervisor located in Naples, FL.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations during the morning shift, ensuring a smooth, fast-paced workflow, and maintaining high standards across service, food quality, and store organization.

The ideal candidate leads by example, works alongside the team during peak hours, and takes ownership of the shift from open through the afternoon.

Schedule:

• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend availability required (rotation possible)
• Must be available on holidays
• Occasional flexibility to stay later when needed

Compensation:

• $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Open and lead daily shift operations
• Supervise team members and maintain strong workflow during busy hours
• Actively work in all areas (register, food prep, smoothies, cleaning, stocking)
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food quality
• Support scheduling, inventory, and daily operational needs
• Handle customer interactions and resolve issues professionally
• Train and support team members to maintain consistency and performance

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills, including task delegation and problem-solving
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance is required
• Experience in restaurant or food service operations preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus (will need to get certified)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
