We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment for guests while maintaining efficient administrative processes. Duties
- Manage front office operations, including reception, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Supervise and train front office staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance in a professional manner.
- Responsible for ensuring that the front desk is in compliance with all systems, control policies and procedures.
- Resolve guest problems expediently and in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered at the front desk, concierge and guest services.
- Schedule staff to reflect daily occupancy and make sure schedule is concurrent with the arrival and departure pattern.
- Assume Manager on Duty shifts.
Skills
- Two years of management experience in hotel front office or reservations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to proofread documents for clarity and correctness before distribution.
- General computer proficiency.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with effective communication skills.
