Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Generation
- Use company-provided leads to connect with prospective clients—no cold calling required.
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations using our structured sales presentation to assess client needs and present tailored solutions for roofing, decking, siding, windows, and custom build projects.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals and estimates to secure new business.
- Utilize a CRM system for professional, consistent follow-ups in the short and long term.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing questions and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Follow up after project completion to ensure client happiness and encourage referrals.
3. Learning and Development
- Participate in hands-on training to develop a deep understanding of our services, structured sales process, and industry best practices.
- Continuously learn about new materials, trends, and techniques to enhance your knowledge and performance.
4. Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful project delivery.
- Communicate project details, timelines, and updates clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Provide feedback and ideas to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Community and Business Development
- Represent Naperville Roofing and Construction at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
