At Naperville Art Studio, we create fun, hands-on art experiences where guests can relax, be creative, and make lasting memories.
We are NOT looking for professional artists.
We’re looking for energetic, positive, and reliable people who enjoy working with others and creating a fun environment. If you have a great attitude, enjoy staying active, and like making people feel welcome, we can teach you everything else.
No art experience is required.
An interest in art or creativity is a plus — but personality, energy, and hospitality matter most.
What You’ll Do
- Guide guests through fun fluid art experiences and projects
- Create a welcoming, upbeat, and engaging atmosphere
- Help guests feel comfortable and excited during their visit
- Support birthday parties, date nights, family outings, and group events
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and keeping the studio organized
- Work with the team to create smooth and memorable experiences

Requirements
- Weekend availability required
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to multitask in a guest-focused environment
Compensation
- $16-18/hr starting

Experience in hospitality, customer service, events, childcare, retail, restaurants, salons, or entertainment is helpful — but not required.
