• The Uniform: Technicians must maintain a clean, professional appearance in our signature Orange, Blue, and White uniforms.
• Property Respect: We operate with a "Zero Trace" policy—utilizing shoe covers and drop towels to protect every interior we enter.
• Communication: Must be able to conduct a professional walkthrough with homeowners to ensure 100% satisfaction.

4. CORE PHYSICAL & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is a high-stamina role requiring technical precision with professional-grade gear. We prioritize safety and technology over "old school" risks.

• Advanced Ladder Safety: While we primarily work from the ground using advanced tech, you must be capable of safely handling and climbing up to 32 feet for specialized architectural projects.
• Climate Resilience: Ability to work outdoors in Napa’s varied conditions (0° to 110°F).
• Equipment Mastery: We provide elite training on our specialized fleet, including:
• SkyVac Interceptor Systems: High-suction gutter vacuums for safe, ground-based cleaning.
• De-Ionized (DI) Water-Fed Poles: Carbon fiber systems for a spot-free finish from the safety of the ground.
• Soft Wash & Pressure Systems: Professional surface cleaning for high-end siding.
• Precision Hand Tools: Mastery of Wagtail and pivoting squeegees for "white-glove" interior work.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly with precision.

5. THE PLATINUM 8-STEP RESTORATION PROCESS
