As an RN at Napa Valley Care Center, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care and oversee CNAs and LVNs
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document resident progress and care plans
- Support a culture of safety, respect, and quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best outcomes
- Current California RN license in good standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, not required
