Afterhours Support
As an Afterhours Support team member, you’ll serve as the frontline connection between NAPA’s drivers and internal teams during overnight and weekend hours. This position provides operational support, answers driver questions, and assists across customer service, breakdown, and brokerage functions to keep our operations running smoothly after hours.
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (includes weekends and holidays), with a $5,000 shift differential
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for drivers after hours, providing prompt and professional support.
- Respond to driver inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
- Coordinate driver pickups and deliveries to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate shift pass-down notes and communication logs.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, breakdown, and brokerage teams to ensure seamless service.
- Promote a positive, solutions-focused culture aligned with NAPA’s Core Values.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior customer service or dispatch experience (transportation experience a plus).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Positive attitude, accountability, and a commitment to teamwork.
