Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistent, values-driven messaging across all platforms. From coordinating content creation and supporting social media to maintaining brand alignment across our global clinics, your work will help reinforce NAPA’s reputation as a leader in pediatric neurorehabilitation.
This is a hybrid role and can be based near any of our current U.S. clinic locations. The Marketing Coordinator will be expected to work from a clinic 1–2 days per week, or as needed, to gather content, connect with families and team members, and bring the NAPA story to life through authentic, mission-driven storytelling. The role may also include opportunities to travel to our international clinics as projects evolve.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content that reflects NAPA’s mission, values, and global impact.
- Produce multimedia content tailored to each NAPA platform such as graphics, videos, blog highlights, recruitment, NAPA Connects, and stories. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Promotional posts
- Contributor to experimental posts
- Graphic designed and video editing skills (Canva)
- Utilization of Asana (project management) content calendar
- Maintain and organize the social media content calendar in coordination with the Marketing Manager and social media team
- Post and schedule approved content across NAPA’s social media platforms, supporting ongoing campaigns and promotions
- Support community engagement efforts by responding to social media inquiries and participating in relevant online conversations.
- Design branded materials for events, campaigns, and clinic use, ensuring consistency across all assets.
- Contribute to the development of creative campaigns that highlight NAPA families, team members, and clinic events.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of internal and external newsletters.
- Coordinate the ordering and inventory of printed marketing materials for clinics.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and help ensure smooth execution of projects across departments.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience In marketing and preferably within professional social media, 3 years previous experience preferred.
- Moderate level usage with Canva required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Open to quarterly travel to clinics, can vary depending on needs of the company.
- Background clearance by the DOJ and FBI.
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients, vendors and all NAPA staff.
- Display a level of professional empathy and the ability to develop rapport.
Physical Demands:
The ability to frequently perform, daily, the following movements over a 6–8 hour period without experiencing pain or abnormal fatigue:
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Bend or reach for Items while seated or standing.
- Visual abilities that Include color vision, close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
