What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate position at Napa Auto Parts?
Our family-owned NAPA Auto Parts is looking for passionate and hard-working individuals to join our family as a Retail Sales Associate.
Our key to serving the community begins with our Retail Sales Associates by showing excellent customer service, positive attitudes, and a willingness to learn. We depend on our Counter Sales team to exemplify our commitment to quality, and service. We do NOT require extensive knowledge about auto parts; we want those who are eager to learn about all things automotive.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING –
· Customer focus as you assist them in their questions and needs
· Helping team members when working with customers
· Using inventory, catalogue, and POS systems
· Learning about the always changing world of automotive
· Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
· Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct
WHAT YOU’LL NEED –
· Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
· Full time position must be available to work any days of the week
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Willingness to learn and grow
· Positive attitude and professional conduct
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Must be 18 years or older
