Store Manager – NAPA Auto Parts
Location: Saratoga Springs
Position Type: Full-Time
NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and develop a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with experience in automotive, retail, fleet, heavy equipment, dealership, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of store operations, sales, profitability, and customer service.
- Maintain full responsibility for store P&L performance and business results.
- Identify new customers and revenue opportunities while supporting wholesale account growth.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop an engaged, customer-focused team.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandising, store appearance, and asset protection.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient operating environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in store processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven leadership and management experience in retail, automotive, or related industries.
- Strong customer service, communication, and team-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Experience with inventory management, cash handling, and computer-based systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive, heavy equipment, diesel, marine, farm, or dealership experience.
- Previous parts store, retail, restaurant, convenience store, or collision center management experience.
