JOB PURPOSE:
A Delivery Associate is an active position responsible for delivering NAPA parts to wholesale customers. A person in this position brings excellent customer service to each business that is visited.
DUTIES:
- Build good relationships with NAPA customers.
- Coordinate accurate delivery of parts.
- Communicate with businesses about schedules.
- Check-in and stock incoming inventory.
- Assist new drivers in training.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to back into parking spots.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- GED
- Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
- Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
