JOB PURPOSE:
The Accounting Assistant is dedicated to balancing and reconciling a growing list of customer accounts on a daily basis, requiring daily interaction with customers. This position is also responsible for assisting with tracking and paying received invoices and statements.
DUTIES:
- Build good relationships with NAPA employees and outside vendors.
- Posts payments to customer accounts.
- Pay bills on time.
- Produces weekly/monthly account receivable statements.
- Reconciles past due statements and sends collections letters to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in accounts payable.
- GED preferred.
- High attention to detail
- Trustworthy with confidential information
- Works well with others.
