Project Manager

NAP AI Inc. is a fast-growing technology company focused on ERP integrations, AI-driven automation, and financial workflow optimization. Through our Network Automation Platform (NAP), we connect enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and other ERPs with intelligent automation tools such as Vic.ai.

We partner with high-growth companies and enterprise clients to streamline operations, reduce manual processes, and drive digital transformation.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver ERP and AI integration projects across our client base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can manage multiple implementations from kickoff through go-live.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility, but candidates should be based in the U.S., with a preference for NYC or Miami.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Manage end-to-end implementation of ERP and AI integration projects
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams (engineering, product, integrations) and external stakeholders

Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead kickoff calls, status updates, and executive check-ins
• Ensure high client satisfaction and successful project outcomes

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into execution plans
• Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers
• Ensure alignment between sales, delivery, and support teams

Process & Documentation

• Maintain clear project documentation, timelines, and reporting
• Improve internal project management processes and delivery frameworks
• Support post-go-live transition to support and customer success teams

• 3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or systems integration
• Experience managing client-facing technology implementations
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Exposure to AP automation, finance systems, or AI-driven tools (e.g., Vic.ai)
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
• Background in consulting or implementation services
