Position Overview
Naot is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and relationship-driven wholesale specialist to join our team full-time in our Hauppauge, NY office.
This role supports specialty retailers and national accounts through accurate wholesale order processing, account management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and understands that strong retailer relationships are just as important as operational precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage wholesale purchase orders from specialty retailers and national accounts
- Review orders for accuracy, pricing, dating, and product availability
- Enter and maintain orders within ERP/order management systems
- Generate, manage, and analyze Excel reports for sales reps, national accounts, and leadership
- Support national accounts with order revisions, routing guide compliance, labeling requirements, and shipment coordination
- Monitor backorders, allocations, and inventory updates
- Communicate shipment status and proactively resolve order discrepancies
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for retail partners, maintaining professional and positive communication
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate account documentation and organized records
- Assist sales representatives with seasonal order management and reporting
Qualifications
- 2 years of wholesale customer service experience (footwear or apparel industry preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Experience processing bulk wholesale purchase orders
- Familiarity with ERP/order management systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
