Naot Footwear is a globally recognized footwear brand known for comfort, craftsmanship, and style. We are hiring a full-time Entry-Level Sales and Product Support Associate to join our on-site team in Hauppauge, New York.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone looking to launch a career in retail sales, customer service, product coordination, or wholesale account management. You'll gain hands-on experience working with national retailers, managing product workflows, and supporting marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage relationships with national retail partners such as Zappos and Nordstrom
- Handle B2B wholesale inquiries, including order updates, inventory availability, and shipping details
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email to retail buyers and partners
- Assist in product lifecycle tasks including sample tracking and production coordination
- Support sales operations and participate in marketing campaigns and promotions
- Use Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze sales reports, product data, and account activity
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Required)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced sales environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and proactive mindset
- Must be available to work on-site in Hauppauge, NY (this is not a remote role)
Preferred Experience (a plus, but not required)
- Internship or entry-level experience in retail sales, wholesale, customer service, product development, or account management
- Interest in the footwear, fashion, or consumer goods industries
Compensation and Benefits
