Role Description The Commercial Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Newman Lake, WA, focused on supporting and growing the agency’s commercial insurance business. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with business clients to understand coverage needs, preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate policy documentation. The role involves managing commercial accounts, following up on renewals, handling endorsements, and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries. The Commercial Specialist will collaborate with carriers and internal team members to resolve issues, support claims processes, and identify opportunities for improved coverage or cost savings. This position also includes proactive outreach to prospective business clients, fostering referral relationships, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented office environment.
