White Elephant Aspen, a premier mountain destination known for refined service and understated elegance, is seeking a full-time, year-round Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead and elevate our housekeeping team.
In this role, you’ll be hands-on in maintaining luxury standards across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every detail is flawless. You’ll supervise, train, and support a team of room attendants, turndown staff, and public area attendants—while also stepping in to clean and inspect rooms when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure service excellence
- Train, inspect, and support staff to meet and exceed White Elephant brand standards
- Coordinate room assignments and ensure timely turnover of departures and stayovers
- Inspect rooms and public spaces, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail
- Support linen/laundry operations and chemical handling procedures
- Report maintenance issues and collaborate with Engineering and Front Office teams
- Maintain a culture of positivity, accountability, and proactive guest service
Qualifications:
- 2 years of housekeeping experience
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and laundry systems
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate variable indoor/outdoor conditions
- High attention to detail and commitment to guest privacy and comfort
