About the role:
The Principal Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced control systems for semiconductor manufacturing processes. This role requires a deep understanding of control theory, semiconductor equipment, and processes. Assignments call for up to 10% domestic and international travel.

What you will do:
- Design and develop control systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Implement and optimize control algorithms to improve process efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with existing manufacturing processes.
- Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Mentor engineering team members in control system design and implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in control technology and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical engineering, Control Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in control system design and implementation, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in control theory, automation, and process optimization.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of advanced control algorithms and techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with software tools for control system design and simulation.

Salary : $145,900 - $193,600
