Role Description
NanosVet is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Associate to own the day-to-day execution of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and Amazon fulfillment operations. This is a highly hands-on role responsible for ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, inventory remains organized and in stock, and customers receive products quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable packing orders, analyzing shipping costs, managing inventory systems, and building scalable operational processes.
As one of the first operations hires, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing our fulfillment infrastructure from the ground up. You'll work closely with leadership to establish best practices around shipping, packaging, labeling, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
This is a full-time, in-person position, starting as a contractor with opportunity to transition to salaried employee.
Qualifications
- Experience managing logistics for Amazon and/or DTC ecommerce stores
- Experience partnering with carriers to optimize delivery costs
- Experience in Production Assistance and working on Production Lines
- Proficiency in ensuring Quality Control measures
- Demonstrated ability to be Easily Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high product standards
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $25-35/hr depending on experience
- Opportunity to convert to salaried full-time employee
