We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Cannabis Packaging and Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing cannabis products for distribution, ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance are met. The ideal candidate is efficient, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold product integrity and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure, package, and label cannabis products according to company standards and regulatory guidelines
- Inspect products for quality, consistency, and compliance with packaging specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized packaging area, following all sanitation and safety protocols
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition
- Track and record all packaging data, including weights, product counts, and batch numbers
- Collaborate with the inventory and quality control teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with packaging equipment and basic safety procedures preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous experience in cannabis or food packaging is a plus but not required
