The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with kids, ensuring their safety, and engaging them in fun, homeschooling, and educational activities. This role requires flexibility, patience, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere for children of various ages.
Duties
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment.
- Homeschooling - Schedule will be given in person, must follow all homeschooling and cleaning expectations.
- Interview in phone and in person to meet both children.
- Assist with daily routines and homeschooling.
- Organize playtime activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.
- Provide support with homeschooling schedule & activities.
- Maintain cleanliness in play areas and ensure toys are organized.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- provide cooking, snack time, and cleaning.

- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety while encouraging exploration and learning.
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred and require.
- Familiarity with meal preparation and cooking for children.
- Strong caregiving skills with an emphasis on patience and empathy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Experience babysitting or caring for children of various ages is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of child development principles is a plus.
