A requirement is to be christian before applying, we are seeking someone who has similar values and seeking more a long-term compassionate and responsible Christian babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. please don’t apply if these requirements are not met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with kids, ensuring their safety, and engaging them in fun, homeschooling, and educational activities. This role requires flexibility, patience, passion and the ability to create a positive atmosphere for children of various ages.

Duties

Manager/ house roles and assist with children

• Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment.
• Homeschooling - Schedule will be given in person, must follow all homeschooling and cleaning expectations.
• Interview in phone and in person to meet both children.
• Assist with daily routines , manager with house duties, cleaning, and homeschooling.
• Organize playtime activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.
• Provide support with homeschooling schedule & activities.
• Maintain cleanliness in play areas and ensure toys are organized.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress daily and any concerns.
• provide cooking, snack time, and cleaning.
• cleaning- this list will be given in person to being a manager role
• Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety while encouraging exploration and learning.

Experience

• Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred and require.
• Familiarity with meal preparation and cooking for children.
• Strong caregiving skills with an emphasis on patience and empathy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Experience babysitting or caring for children of various ages is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of child development principles is a plus.
