Weekend House Manager / Nanny

Experienced Weekend Nanny (Long-Term Role) – $30–$35/hr

A devoted family is seeking an experienced, career-oriented Weekend Nanny to provide reliable weekend care and support for their young childre ages 4 month old and 3 year old.. This position is designed to complement coverage already provided by a live-in au pair, and offers the opportunity to build a long-term relationship with a kind and respectful family. Compensation & Schedule:

• $30–$35 per hour (off the books)
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6:30-6:30am, Friday
• Saturday: 8-5
• Sunday 8-5,
• Potential to expand to 30 hours/week in the future (including Fridays)
• Commitment: Long-term, year-round weekend coverage

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care for the children, ensuring safety and engagement
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors
• Partner with parents to create a smooth and supportive weekend routine
• Assist with light housekeeping related to the children (cleaning up after meals, organizing toys, general tidying)
• Occasionally assist with errands or household tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional nanny or childcare experience
• Comfortable working in a home where parents are present
• Thoughtful, organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple children
• Reliable, communicative, and able to take initiative
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
• Preference for candidates who live locally (must be punctual and available on short notice if needed)
• Must have U.S. work authorization
• Provide 3-5 professional references
