Compensation: $24$30/hour, Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:15 AM 5:45 PM
Flexibility needed, approximately 8 weeks per year, the family may require additional hours due to the father's ICU schedule

- Providing attentive and loving care for an 8-month-old baby
- Engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activities
- Planning and supervising outings such as walks and local story time
- Maintaining a safe and stimulating environment at all times
- Keeping parents updated regularly with clear, professional communication
- Handling light housekeeping related to the child, including baby laundry and tidying up play areas
- Supporting nap and feeding schedules
- Respecting the familys routine and parenting preferences
- Minimum of 3 years of recent nanny experience with infants
- Must be able to drive to and from the home (no car provided)
- Comfortable with cats (the family has two)
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Up-to-date on all vaccinations, including COVID and Tdap
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to commit to a long-term position
- Provide 3-5 professional references
- Must have U.S. work authorization
