Full-Time Nanny Needed – Newborn Care
Location: Ivoryton, Essex, CT, USA
Start Date: January 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Long-Term (Live-in or Live-out)
About the Position:
First-time parents are seeking a nurturing, experienced full-time nanny to care for their newborn, who will be 3 months old in January 2026. We're looking for someone who is passionate about infant care, knowledgeable about developmental milestones, and confident working independently with a newborn throughout the day.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $30–$40/hour (depending on experience)
Guaranteed 40 hours a week

Responsibilities:
Provide full care of the baby during working hours
Bottle feeding, burping, and diaper changes
Maintain consistent nap and feeding schedules
- Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities
- Share daily updates and observations with parents
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of newborn and infant care experience (preferred)
3–5 professional childcare references
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver's license
CPR/First Aid certified
Salary : $30 - $40
