Position Overview
A Wayland family is seeking an energetic, reliable part-time nanny for their three boys (ages 2, 4, and 6). This role covers afternoon and early-evening care, including school/preschool pickup and transportation to extracurricular activities. The ideal candidate is active, hands-on, and comfortable keeping up with three young children who need plenty of movement and engagement.

Responsibilities
- Pick up children from school/preschool (kindergarten dismissal at 2:00 PM; preschool dismissal at 2:00 PM)
- Drive children to and from extracurricular activities (math class, gymnastics, art class)
- Provide active, engaged care — running around, playtime, and hands-on supervision
- Prepare snacks/light meals as needed
- Support homework/reading readiness for the incoming kindergartner
Requirements
- Experience caring for multiple young children (toddler through early elementary age)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; comfortable driving children to activities
- Energetic, reliable, and consistent with scheduling
- Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
