This is a hands-on position for someone with previous professional kitchen experience who can work efficiently during breakfast and lunch service while also handling daily food prep responsibilities. We need someone who understands the importance of speed, consistency, cleanliness, communication, and teamwork.

- Maintain a sense of urgency without sacrificing food quality or safety.
- Take responsibility for the cleanliness, organization, stocking, and performance of your station.
- Maintain a professional attitude and contribute to a respectful, team-focused kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
Previous professional line cook or commercial kitchen experience is required. Applicants should have breakfast and egg-cooking experience or be able to demonstrate strong line-cooking ability. Candidates must be comfortable using commercial kitchen equipment, completing production prep, following recipes, working under pressure, and handling multiple tickets simultaneously.
Strong knife skills, good communication, reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to work as a team player are essential. Previous gluten-free kitchen experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right experienced cook on Nanna’s House gluten-free procedures.
