We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a sales-focused Sales Manager/Rep. This role involves overseeing various aspects of our wholesale operations, including account management and retention, business development, sales and revenue growth, operational coordination, and reporting analysis.
The ideal candidate will excel at managing relationships, processes, and communication with buyers, vendors, and internal teams, and will be adept at driving sales and identifying new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Account Management & Growth
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing wholesale clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues promptly
- Handle contract renewals, reorders, and upsell opportunities
- Forecast demand and coordinate with production to ensure stock availability
New Business Development
- Own the pipeline for small to mid-sized wholesale accounts
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B retail partners aligned with our brand
- Conduct market research to identify future wholesale opportunities
- Attend trade shows and travel to account HQs to present new collections
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales from wholesale accounts
- Set quarterly and annual sales targets; report progress in weekly meetings
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decisions and pitches
- Tailor outreach strategies across email, phone, social, and events
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and merchandising to customize pitches and assets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term growth
- Provide field feedback to improve product offerings, pricing, and sales processes
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Use HubSpot (or CRM) to track leads, activities, and follow-ups with precision
- Maintain an organized and active pipeline of potential clients
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in wholesale sales, business development, or account management—preferably with lifestyle, swimwear, or outdoor brands
- Proven track record of landing new B2B accounts and achieving aggressive growth targets
Sales & Operations Expertise
- Strong background in wholesale operations and account management
- Proficiency in Shopify or similar sales and inventory management systems
- Skilled in building prospect lists, crafting compelling pitches, and executing follow-ups
Communication & Relationship Building
- Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence and grit
- Strong relationship-building skills with buyers, vendors, and internal teams
