Human Resources Manager
Location: On-site – Hyde Park, UT Type:
Part-time (20-25 hours a week)
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager (Head of People) to join our team and help us take even better care of our people.

This role is all about creating a thoughtful, well-run employee experience—from hiring and onboarding to culture, performance, and day-to-day support. You’ll be the go-to person for our team and play a key role in shaping how we grow.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to for all things people and culture, including:
- Recruiting & Hiring
- Lead the full hiring process—from job postings to interviews to offers
- Partner with leaders to find and attract top talent
- Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Create a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience
- Own the employee lifecycle from first day to long-term growth
- Culture & Engagement
- Champion a positive, supportive, and fun team culture
- Plan team events, initiatives, and moments that bring people together
- Performance & Development
- Support managers with performance reviews and feedback processes
- Help build clear growth paths for team members
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage HR systems (BambooHR, etc.)
- Ensure policies, documentation, and practices are compliant and up to date
- Employee Support
- Be a trusted resource for questions, concerns, and guidance
- Help resolve challenges with care, clarity, and fairness
What You Bring
- 3–7 years of HR or People Operations experience
- Experience owning HR in a small to mid-sized company (or ready to step into that ownership)
- Strong interpersonal skills—you’re approachable, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A genuine passion for people, culture, and building great teams

Compensation:
- $32-$45/hr, depending on experience
